OSHA requires construction employers to provide toilet facilities for employees. The specific requirements include:

• 1-20 employees: One toilet required
• 21-200 employees: One toilet per 20 workers
• 200+ employees: One toilet per 40 workers plus one additional

• Toilets must be maintained in a sanitary condition
• Adequate supply of toilet paper must be provided
• Handwashing facilities must be available
• Facilities must be located within reasonable walking distance
