By renting portable toilets from Sherice Portable Toilets, you agree to these terms. All rentals are subject to availability and our standard rental agreement.
Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date. Early returns may not result in refunds. Extensions can be arranged by contacting us.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and servicing vehicles, providing a level placement area, and reporting any damage or issues promptly.
Normal wear and tear is expected. Customers may be charged for excessive damage, vandalism, or theft of rental equipment. Placement in high-risk areas should be discussed with our team.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a delivery fee.
Weekly servicing is included with all rentals. Access must be maintained to all units for servicing. Additional servicing can be arranged at additional cost.
